Co-FounderHi I’m Isaac,
I started my journey as a strength and conditioning coach over a decade ago. Since then I've worked with professional sports teams such as the Melbourne Demons AFL team, professional athletes, and everyday folks alike. Despite my love for health and fitness, I struggled with anxiety and other uncomfortable emotions since childhood. Seeking a solution, I turned to mindfulness and meditation. A journey that took me around the world studying various techniques and modalities. Since then I've been able to change my philosophy and perspective on Health and Fitness.
My Coaching style incorporates a focused, attention to detail approach that helps me to work with my clients in a more complete way. Even if the goal is purely aesthetic or strength oriented, being able to offer insights and guidance with Mindfulness, recovery and stress reduction strategies, gives my clients the edge they need to not only train better, but live better,

Co-FounderHey, I’m Zana.
I first began my journey studying a bachelor of science in Human Nutrition and Exercise Sports Science and for years I worked as a strength and conditioning coach, writing articles in Women’s health and helping people improve their physical wellbeing. However, it wasn't until I discovered meditation, that I truly found my passion for holistic wellness.
Since then, I have travelled the world, studying in different ashrams, monasteries and with world renowned teachers. In addition to becoming a meditation teacher in India, I have also studied to be a qualified yoga teacher.
I’d say my approach to helping others is not only influenced by my formal education, but largely by my own life experiences. I have a deep passion for personal growth and I have always been driven by a desire to share with others the things that have benefited me in my own life.
Over my career I have helped many women overcome disordered eating, regain love for their bodies, understand themselves deeper and on top of that get fitter, stronger and healthier than they have ever been before.
As a coach I am dedicated to supporting my clients physically, emotionally and if they call for it spiritually, to help them step into their strongest, most authentic self.
